Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the security team to ensure effective security measures are implemented.

Conduct regular security inspections and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.

Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols in accordance with industry standards.

Manage incident response operations, including investigation of security breaches and preparation of incident reports.

Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services to enhance response strategies for potential security threats.

Train and mentor security personnel to ensure high standards of performance and conduct.

Maintain accurate records of security activities, incidents, and personnel performance for management review.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar role in the security industry.

Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures.

Excellent leadership and management skills to direct and motivate security personnel.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with a diverse range of individuals.

Ability to analyze security data to make informed decisions and recommendations for improvement.

Familiarity with surveillance systems and security equipment used in the industry.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
