Key Responsibilities

Access Control & Monitoring

• Monitor all entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access
• Record visitor details and issue access badges where required
• Screen guests, vendors, and staff in line with company procedures
• Verify vehicle logs for incoming and outgoing items

Patrol Duties

• Conduct routine foot patrols around the facility during day and night shifts
• Inspect doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are properly secured
• Monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activities immediately
• Ensure perimeter and sensitive areas remain secure at all times

Incident Response & Reporting

• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies
• Provide first-line response to incidents before escalation
• Document all security incidents in the daily logbook
• Prepare incident reports and submit to the Chief Security Officer promptly

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with company security policies and standard operating procedures
• Enforce staff regulations such as proper ID usage and dress code
• Assist during fire drills, evacuation procedures, and safety briefings
• Report faulty equipment, damaged locks, lights, or hazards

Customer Service & Professional Conduct

• Provide courteous assistance to guests, staff, and visitors
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior at all times
• Support hotel operations by ensuring a safe working environment

Compensation

₦70,000 monthly
