About the Role

IDMANN Institute seeks committed and knowledgeable secondary school examination instructors to join our Examination Preparatory Program (EPP) in Aba. This full-time position is ideal for educators passionate about guiding students through WAEC, NECO, JAMB and other standardized examinations. Instructors will play a vital role in equipping learners with the skills, confidence and discipline needed to excel academically and achieve their future goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver intensive, exam-focused lessons across core subjects (Mathematics, English, Sciences and Humanities)
• Prepare students with past questions, mock examinations, and targeted revision strategies
• Assess and monitor student performance, providing constructive feedback and tailored support
• Foster a disciplined, motivating and supportive learning environment
• Guide students in effective study techniques, time management and exam-writing skills
• Collaborate with program coordinators to continuously improve teaching methods and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• B.Ed., B.Sc., or equivalent qualification in relevant subject areas (Education background preferred)
• Proven experience teaching at the secondary school level, especially in exam preparation
• Strong subject mastery and ability to simplify complex concepts
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Basic computer literacy for digital learning tools and exam practice platforms
