A minimum Of a Bachelor's degree in Guidance and Counseling, or a related field.

At least 4 years of relevant experience working as a school counselor or in a similar role within an educational setting.

Strong knowledge of child and adolescent development, learning processes, and behavioral management strategies.

A genuine passion for student well-being and development, with a student-centered and empathetic approach.
