Job Overview
We are seeking a School Administrator to manage all administrative tasks at The Lamb Academy. In this role, you will serve as a planner, problem-solver, educator, and counselor. You should possess strong communication skills, budget management expertise, and the ability to keep all educational programs running smoothly. Location: Mowe/Shimawa, Ogun State, Nigeria

Key Responsibilities
- Manage budgets, logistics, and school events or meetings
- Handle scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting
- Ensure the school complies with relevant laws and regulations
- Develop and run educational programs
- Hire, train, and advise staff members
- Counsel students when needed
- Resolve conflicts and other administrative issues
- Communicate with parents, regulatory bodies, and the public
- Contribute to the creation of the school curriculum
- Implement improvements to the school and quality of education (e.g., building renovations, student guidelines, new subjects)
- Help shape and uphold the vision of the school
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Education or similar field (post-graduate degree is a plus)
- Proven experience as a School Administrator
- Must reside in Mowe, Lotto Asese, Olowotedo, and surrounding areas
- Experience as an educator (a plus)
- Knowledge of school administrative processes

- Proficiency with computers (MS Office) and education management systems
