We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Position Overview:
  • We are seeking a reliable Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory and sales reporting, and coordinate staff activities to support efficient service delivery and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Supervise salon staff, assign duties, monitor performance, and promote teamwork, discipline, and professionalism.
  • Provide excellent customer service, attend to clients professionally, and promptly resolve complaints or issues.
  • Ensure the salon environment is clean, organized, and hygienic at all times in line with salon standards.
  • Manage inventory and stock control, including tracking products, tools, and supplies, and reporting restocking needs.
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily sales reports, ensuring proper reconciliation of all sales and payments.
  • Monitor daily income and expenses, report discrepancies, and support basic financial record keeping.
  • Take high-quality pictures and short videos of salon activities, hairstyles, and clients (with consent).
  • Ensure staff comply with salon policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
  • Open and close the salon as scheduled and ensure operational readiness throughout the day.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Support salon growth initiatives by maintaining service quality and contributing ideas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • OND qualifications in any related discipline with 1 year experience in a supervisory, coordination, or leadership role.
  • Ability to lead, and organize
  • Good communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of record keeping and reporting.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Hair-making skills are an added advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Proximity to Surulere axis is strongly preferred.
