Metro Pro Movers Ltd is seeking a motivated and reliable Sales/Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications professionally
• Support sales efforts and meet assigned sales targets
• Provide accurate information about company services
• Assist with basic operational and administrative tasks
• Maintain proper customer records and follow up as required

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Computer literate
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and work independently
• Resident of Alimosho LGA (preferred)

Work Schedule

12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (WAT)

Compensation & Benefits

• Sales Role: ₦300,000/month (₦250,000/month during the first 2 months probation)
• Operations/Customer Service Role: ₦150,000/month (₦125,000/month during the first 3 months probation)
• Training Period (First Month): ₦100,000
• Performance Bonuses: Available based on meeting sales targets

Note: Sales targets must be met for performance-based earnings.
