Sales/Client Relations Officer (Female)

Position Overview

Starzij Realtors is a growth-focused real estate advisory company serving investors, property buyers, and property owners. We are seeking a Sales and Client Relations Officer to join our dynamic, expanding team.

We are looking for someone who understands sales psychology, can manage high-value clients with confidence, and knows how to move prospects from interest to commitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and after-sales follow-up
• Schedule and conduct property inspections
• Maintain accurate client records and manage CRM systems
• Liaise with landlords, developers, and property owners
• Convert warm and cold leads into paying clients
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
• Handle client enquiries professionally across calls, WhatsApp, meetings, and inspections

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience in real estate sales or high-ticket sales
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Confidence in speaking with high-net-worth clients
• Ability to work under pressure and follow a structured sales process
• Good understanding of the Abuja real estate market (preferred)
