## Title: Sales Trainee

Role Purpose

The Sales Trainee will participate in an intensive, hands-on training and mentorship program aimed at developing future sales professionals within Ha-Shem Limited's growing technology ecosystem. This program prepares participants to excel in IT solution selling and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured Sales Training Program focused on technology solution selling and relationship management
  • Assist Sales Executives in lead generation, client outreach, and proposal preparation
  • Contribute to product demonstrations, quotations, and contract documentation for prospective clients
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic business development efforts
  • Manage and update client interactions within the company's CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Service Delivery) to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Track and report learning progress, activity outcomes, and key performance milestones
  • Attend networking events, webinars, and exhibitions representing Ha-Shem Limited's brand

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, customer service, or account management
  • Understanding of the sales process and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Tech-savvy with strong interest in IT solutions and digital transformation trends
  • Strong work ethic, discipline, and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
