Role Purpose
The Sales Trainee will participate in an intensive, hands-on training and mentorship program aimed at developing future sales professionals within Ha-Shem Limited's growing technology ecosystem. This program prepares participants to excel in IT solution selling and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured Sales Training Program focused on technology solution selling and relationship management
- Assist Sales Executives in lead generation, client outreach, and proposal preparation
- Contribute to product demonstrations, quotations, and contract documentation for prospective clients
- Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic business development efforts
- Manage and update client interactions within the company's CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Service Delivery) to ensure customer satisfaction
- Track and report learning progress, activity outcomes, and key performance milestones
- Attend networking events, webinars, and exhibitions representing Ha-Shem Limited's brand
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Minimum of 1–2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, customer service, or account management
- Understanding of the sales process and CRM tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Tech-savvy with strong interest in IT solutions and digital transformation trends
- Strong work ethic, discipline, and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
