Position Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Rosabon Financial Services as a Sales Team Lead in the Asset Creation division. This role plays a major part in continuously improving risk asset sales and loan disbursement within the company while strategically building customer relationships and ensuring steady inflow of new customers.

Scope and Impact
The Sales Team Lead will drive and optimize sales within the Asset Creation Team, ensuring proper inflow of new customers and outflow of risk assets to maintain and increase the company's credit balance for efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Consumer Credit team operations and build/maintain team staffing requirements
- Build, develop, and grow team members for optimum performance
- Liaise with, coach, mentor, and motivate team members for optimal lead generation and conversion
- Monitor and ensure team members meet set targets consistently
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on key growth indicators for products, people, and process optimization
- Generate market analysis and gather customer perception of new products
- Establish and maintain a strong customer base through strategic relationship building
- Devise strategies to help self and team members generate and maintain quality sales contacts
- Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and sales efficiency
Key Performance Indicators
- New leads and opportunities generated
- Client acquisition and customer retention rates
- Sales volume per team member and collectively
- Existing client engagement and upsell/cross-sell rates
- Percentage of targets met periodically
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum education level: First degree in any discipline from a recognized institution
