Role Description
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales operations, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets across several sectors including BFSI, O&G, Telco, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue through identification of new sales opportunities and maintenance of relationships with existing customers
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and technical insights to customers, ensuring solutions fit their requirements
- Manage client accounts, understand their technical needs, and present appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with internal technical and engineering teams to tailor solutions and address customer queries
- Achieve assigned sales quotas and key performance metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and relationship management
- Experience in B2B technology sales and partnerships
- Sales strategy development expertise
- Client relationship management capabilities
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
