## Title: Sales Team Lead, Asset Creation & Wealth Management

Position Overview

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. The Team Lead for Asset Creation plays a major role in continuously improving risk asset sales and loan disbursement within the company. You will strategically create customer relationships while ensuring proper inflow of new customers and outflow of risk assets, ultimately increasing and maintaining the company's credit balance for efficient operations.

Job Summary

The Team Lead will be responsible for driving and optimizing sales within the Asset Creation Team. You will consistently follow up with team members and customers to maintain relationships, generate sales, and meet set targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain team staff requirements
  • Manage day-to-day Consumer Credit team operations
  • Build, develop, and grow team members for optimum performance
  • Liaise, coach, mentor, and motivate team members for optimal lead generation and conversion
  • Monitor and ensure team members meet set targets
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on key growth indicators for products, people, and process optimization
  • Generate market analysis and gather customer perception insights on new products
  • Establish and maintain a strong customer base
  • Strategically devise means to help yourself and team members generate and maintain quality sales contacts
  • Train and maintain a healthy and effective team
  • Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and sales efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum education: First degree in any discipline from a reputable academic institution
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in sales, asset creation, or related field
