A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Position Overview:
  • Achieve monthly sales and collections targets.
  • Establish and maintain good customer base.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products etc.
  • Organize activities relating to sales and marketing promotions that will help increase awareness and generate new business.
  • Drive the growth of the Bank's products through exceptional management of existing partnership relationships and signing up new customers.
  • Recruit, train and manage a team of efficient Sales Executives to help drive and achieve the business objectives.
Requirements: /Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or sales.
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a senior management role in a microfinance bank.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of microfinance banking products, marketing, and business development.
  • Highly motivated and passionate about sales with a genuine drive to succeed.
  • A good team player and collaborator across multiple business functions to achieve results.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
