Position Overview
This position offers a great opportunity for career growth within Honda Motor Company Limited's Power Products Division. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for conducting sales operations to satisfy business targets and KPIs.
Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Act as the principal point of contact for Power Product sales and Agricultural equipment, providing operational support to various customers
- Provide Power Product knowledge and advice to dealers
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges
- Seek new clients and establish relationships with new channel partners
- Travel and visit potential clients within Nigeria
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Manager
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or any other related field
- 1–3 years of proven experience in sales coordination, preferably in the automotive industry
- Completion of NYSC – Discharge or Exemption Certificate
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Proficiency in using ERP management systems (SAGE experience preferred)
- Knowledge of Power Products, Agricultural tools, and Generators
- Knowledge of industry trends and regulations
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel to any part of Nigeria
