## Title: Sales Specialist – Lagos

Job Summary

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking talented sales professionals to join their Lagos office. As a Sales Specialist, your primary function will be driving new and upsell sales to foster revenue growth. You will be responsible for building relationships, acquiring clients, and gaining new market share in your assigned sector and territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales to meet set targets and identify new business opportunities for revenue growth
  • Manage relationships for assigned accounts and upsell to grow company sales and revenues
  • Serve as the primary customer contact for all account management matters (technical and business issues) to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Leverage existing relationships with partners and customers to generate new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and sales account planning
  • Conduct proper analytics and reporting of sales forecasts and key account metrics
  • Clearly communicate progress on sales initiatives to internal stakeholders
  • Ensure customer data and pipeline information is updated daily
  • Stay up to date with market trends and provide advisory to the business as required
  • Complete other assigned tasks as needed
