## Title: Sales Specialist - Abuja

Job Summary

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking talented Sales Specialists to drive new and upsell sales, foster revenue growth, and build lasting client relationships. The selected candidate will be responsible for client acquisition and gaining new market share in their assigned sector and territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales to meet set targets and identify new business opportunities for revenue growth
  • Manage relationships for assigned accounts and execute upsell strategies to grow company sales and revenues
  • Serve as the primary customer contact for all account management matters, addressing both technical and business issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Leverage existing relationships with partners and customers to generate new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and develop sales account plans
  • Conduct proper analytics and reporting of sales forecasts and key account metrics
  • Clearly communicate progress on sales initiatives to internal stakeholders
  • Update customer data and pipeline information daily
  • Stay current with market trends and provide strategic advisory to the business as required
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned
