About the Role
We are recruiting dynamic and result-oriented sales professionals to join our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer and marketer of oral and dental pharmaceutical brands. You will be responsible for driving sales, distribution, and customer acquisition across assigned territories while building strong relationships with pharmacy channel members.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute pharmaceutical sales and distribution of company products
- Implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Identify and onboard potential customers within assigned locations
- Develop, build, and maintain strong relationships with trade and channel members
- Provide business, market, and marketing feedback to improve marketing effectiveness
- Drive trade growth, shelf presence, and market share in your territory
Required Qualifications
- Minimum OND, HND, or BSc or equivalent qualification
- 1–2 years of proven sales experience
- Experience in Modern Trade/retail channels (preferred)
- Deep understanding of assigned territory
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven with ability to work independently to achieve targets and business objectives
Compensation
Up to NGN 2,000,000 per annum, depending on experience, competence, and performance track record. Attractive bonus and incentive schemes are also available.
