We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Primary Role To drive in-store sales by attending to walk-in customers, recommending products confidently, and converting traffic into confirmed revenue. Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and attend to walk-in customers promptly and professionally.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
  • Upsell complementary products (screen guards, lens protectors, charms, etc.).
  • Demonstrate product features and assist customers in making decisions.
  • Liaise with Inventory to confirm availability.
  • Ensure accurate order documentation before cashier processing.
  • Maintain product display neatness and organization.
  • Support packaging and fulfilment during peak periods.
  • Track and report personal sales performance daily.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Confident, presentable, and professional.
  • Able to stand and move actively throughout the day.
  • Fast learner with strong initiative.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage.
