## Title: Sales Representative – Security Services
About the Role
This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in security services sales. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients while building lasting business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Prospect for new clients through field visits, networking, referrals, and corporate engagement
- Promote the company's portfolio of security services — manned guarding, patrols, alarm response, and escort services — to businesses, estates, and institutions
- Conduct client needs analysis and site surveys in collaboration with the operations team to recommend suitable security solutions
- Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and quotations that align with client requirements and company pricing standards
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct periodic client visits and service review meetings to assess performance and address concerns
- Work closely with operations and accounts departments to ensure smooth service delivery, renewals, and prompt payments
- Monitor industry trends, competitors' activities, and emerging client needs to identify new business opportunities
- Provide timely feedback and recommendations to management to support strategic decision-making
- Represent the company at business events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in sales or related field
Skills & Competencies
- Strong prospecting and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to develop trust and rapport with clients at all levels
- Good presentation and proposal-writing ability
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined in follow-ups
