## Title: Sales Representative - Ogun State

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated sales professional to join our team. This position is based in the Ogun State region, with presence in Abeokuta, Shagamu, and Ijebu Ode.

Key Responsibilities

Customer and Lead Management

  • Identify and contact potential customers through online channels
  • Nurture leads through the sales funnel and manage customer interactions using CRM systems
  • Conduct online product presentations and consultations to close deals

Sales and Revenue Generation

  • Sell products and services to achieve sales objectives
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas
  • Develop sales strategies and provide sales forecasts

Customer Service and Support

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain profitable customer relationships

Product and Market Knowledge

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and promotions

Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Update customer databases with contact details and interest information
  • Generate and submit regular sales reports

Requirements

  • NCE or OND qualification
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience
