Job Brief
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our boutique team. The ideal candidate will drive sales, provide an exceptional shopping experience, and help maintain the boutique's visual and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, providing personalized fashion advice and product information
- Promote and sell products to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain the boutique's visual merchandising standards, including product displays and stock presentation
- Handle cash, cards, and other payment transactions accurately
- Manage inventory, restock items, and conduct periodic stock checks
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly
- Assist in organizing sales promotions, events, and marketing campaigns
- Report daily sales, customer feedback, and inventory updates to management
- Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth boutique operations
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of a High School Diploma; additional education in Retail, Sales, or Fashion is a plus
- Prior retail or boutique sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Basic numeracy and cash handling skills
- Strong sense of style, attention to detail, and visual merchandising awareness
