About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and promoting the KIA brand through outstanding service and professionalism. The ideal candidate should be proactive, smart, open to learning, goal-driven, persuasive, and result-driven, with a passion for customer satisfaction and automotive excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Welcome customers professionally and ensure a positive showroom experience
- Provide prompt feedback on market trends
- Participate actively in sales promotional campaigns and marketing activities in collaboration with the marketing team
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and uphold brand service standards
- Follow up with existing customers to generate referral leads and repeat business
- Maintain and regularly update the customer database
- Adhere strictly to company price policies and discount guidelines
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of proven experience in automobile sales or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player
