About the Role
An established company is recruiting a Sales Representative to join their team in Lagos, Nigeria. This position offers the opportunity to drive sales growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences in a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage in-store retail activities and maintain store operations
- Provide outstanding customer service and enhance customer experience
- Assess customers' needs and recommend matching products and services
- Demonstrate sound product and service knowledge at all times
- Monitor supply and demand fluctuations, as well as price trends
- Understand and monitor local competitors; communicate business intelligence to management
- Identify, introduce, and penetrate new prospects and sales opportunities
- Handle customer queries and complaints effectively and professionally
- Perform direct marketing and sales activities; coordinate periodic promotional activities
- Generate B2B, corporate, and bulk/wholesale sales where feasible
- Identify current and future consumer trends
- Stock and inventory management
- Monitor and report all activities; provide relevant information to management
- Produce daily and weekly reports
Required Qualifications
- University Degree (minimum)
- Completed NYSC
- Experience in sales of mobile communication devices or household appliances (mandatory)
- Proficiency in MS Office
