Job Brief
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base by engaging with potential clients in the field.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within assigned territory
- Conduct in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable telecommunications solutions
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues as they arise
Requirements
- OND / HND in Marketing or related field
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
- Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback
