## Title: Sales Representative

Job Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves identifying customer needs, presenting suitable products or services, and closing sales to help grow the business.

An ideal candidate is goal-oriented, persuasive, and has excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achievement of assigned sales targets
  • Growth in customer base and repeat business
  • Strong visibility of company products in the market
  • Accurate and timely reporting of sales activities
  • High level of customer satisfaction and referrals
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not always required)
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar position
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
