About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to join our team at DemyHealth. In this role, you will excel at creating and closing new opportunities by using a consultative approach to selling. You will leverage your expertise to identify and qualify leads, generating sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on leads generated through visitation, inbound phone calls, email and website inquiries
- Qualify prospects to ensure they align with our target market segments
- Nurture prospects from initial interest through to close as quickly as possible
- Provide prompt, courteous and professional responses to prospect inquiries
- Educate prospects about our products and services
- Strategize and present high-level technical and business solutions based on understanding of the prospect's business processes
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospects
- Assist with lead generation activities, including cold calling when necessary
- Manage and track a high volume of prospects using our CRM system
- Keep current on our products, services, industry trends and competitive offerings
- Maintain sales documentation and support with commission tracking
- Assist the Accounting department with collections as needed
Required Qualifications
- Good understanding of the financial services industry
- Strong business development skills
- Good driving skills (mandatory)
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in ERP, Accounting or enterprise software sales
- Technical background or technology experience
