Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos for a Sales Representative specializing in Aftermarket (Spare Parts).
- The role involves managing customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and repeat business, offering professional customer service, generating sales, and achieving targets.
- Responsibilities also include inventory control, handling purchase orders, and liaising with various teams to ensure optimal aftermarket sales operations.
- Candidates will drive customer acquisition and retention while creating added value for Jubaili Bros’ clients by providing tailored spare parts solutions.
- Proven skills in Sales and delivering customer-focused solutions
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction capabilities
- Experience with Inventory Control and related operational tasks
- Exceptional Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently
- Understanding of aftermarket or spare parts markets in related industries
- Proficiency in the use of inventory or sales management systems
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
