A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent.
Position Overview:
- We are seeking proactive and result-driven Sales Representatives to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales, expanding our customer base, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets in line with company objectives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Promote and sell company products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and distributors
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly basis
- Conduct market research and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and outstanding payments where applicable.
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role (experience in trading/building materials is an advantage)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
