Sales Rep | Customer Service Rep

We are into sales and distribution of Novelty products across Nigeria. Our company has been operating for over 6 years with different ourtlet in Lagos and Abuja.

• We are currently looking for an applicant to fill up the position in Lagos Ikeja. Applicant must reside in Ikeja or its environment.

• Currently we are looking for a smart, competent, ready to learn candidate who is willing to join our company and grow with us. 

• Vast knowledge of the use of social media is an advantage.

• Use of Microsoft word and excel is also an advantage.

Your job descriptions will be to:

• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

• Manage social media accounts and respond to customers

• Build sustainable relationships with your team member and line manager.

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

• Update the sales sheet daily. 

• Attend to walk in customers.

• Applicants must reside in Ikeja and its environment.

• Applicants should posses effective communication skills.

• Abiility to multi task and work under pressure.
