About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and goal-driven Sales Promotion Executive to join our real estate company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying ideal prospects and generating leads at our promotional venue in Lagos. This role requires a blend of creativity, confidence, and an understanding of real estate market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the company and all affiliated companies' products and services
- Generate quality leads for the company and its affiliates
- Achieve monthly leads and sales targets
- Build strong and professional relationships with prospective clients
- Professionally represent the company and its affiliates at all times
Required Qualifications
- OND/HND/BSC qualification
- Proven experience in marketing, promotions, sales, or a related field (real estate experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets
- Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as needed
Position Details
- Sector: Real Estate
- Location: Lagos, Nigeria
- Work Schedule: 5 days a week (flexibility required)
- Base Salary: NGN 300,000 per month
- Commission: 0.5% commission on sales
- Additional Benefits: Salary reviews based on performance
