- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing clients
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent logistics execution and support
Required Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the logistics industry
- Excellent communication abilities (written and verbal)
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
