The Opportunity

We are looking for someone who can identify potential customers, build relationships, negotiate deals, and bring in consistent sales. This role is ideal for a natural networker with a passion for agriculture and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential buyers (local exporters, feed mills, food processors, international buyers)
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Develop robust sales pitches, pricing strategies, and systems
• Maintain pre-sale, sale, and after-sale systems
• Generate leads through cold calls, networking, trade shows, and online platforms
• Present products, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Provide market feedback and insights to improve our offerings

About You

• Results-driven – motivated by targets and focused on closing deals
• Strong communicator – able to pitch confidently in person, on calls, and via email/messaging
• Self-starter – you take initiative and work independently without requiring follow-up
• Connected or willing to build connections – experienced in networking and relationship building

Location

Ikeja/Berger Axis, Lagos State. Only candidates in close proximity to this location will be considered.
