## Title: Sales Executive – Social Media & Offline Sales

Job Summary

We are seeking a target-driven Female Sales Executive to serve as our primary conversion specialist. You will maximize sales by converting leads from digital platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok) and closing deals at physical events and exhibitions. Success in this role requires strong accountability, emotional engagement, and disciplined sales process adherence.

Core Responsibilities

  • Convert digital inquiries (DMs, WhatsApp) into closed sales using emotional connection and brand education
  • Represent the brand at trade fairs and exhibitions to close sales, engage customers, and collect visitor data
  • Execute the final closing process for warm distributor leads within a 20-day limit
  • Maintain 100% compliance with daily lead tracking (Excel/CRM) and submit daily conversion reports
  • Maintain a strict daily follow-up cadence for all pending and event leads

Performance Targets

  • Achieve a minimum 35% conversion rate

Required Qualifications

  • B.Sc or HND in a related field (Marketing, Communications, or similar)
  • 1–2+ years of experience in direct, inside, or high-volume sales
  • Female candidate

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel or CRM systems
  • Demonstrated ability to use emotional intelligence and sales psychology

Compensation

₦110,000 per month
