Sales Order Analyst at Rotic Aluminium Extrusion

About the Role

We are recruiting a Sales Order Analyst to join our team in Awka, Anambra State. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and advanced Excel skills to ensure accurate and efficient processing of sales orders. You will optimize sales order processes and contribute to customer satisfaction while working with our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales order data to discern trends, patterns, and anomalies, facilitating informed decision-making
• Input sales orders accurately and efficiently into the database while maintaining data integrity
• Liaise with the production team to monitor sales order processes for efficiency and accuracy
• Ensure customer orders are intact and delivered on time
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to resolve order-related issues
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure on-time delivery
• Drive process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing solutions

Requirements

• Minimum HND in related fields with 1 year of relevant experience
• Recently completed the NYSC program
• Proficient in advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Suites
• Exceptional analytical skills with a knack for data interpretation
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration
• Detail-oriented with a keen ability to identify errors and discrepancies
• Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams
• Quick adaptability to new tools and technologies
• Discretion in handling confidential information
