Sales Operation Officer at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Summary

The Sales Operations Officer supports the setup, maintenance, and daily performance of the Distributor Management System (DMS). This role ensures accurate data reporting, smooth system usage by distributors, and proper integration with SFA/ERP tools to drive efficient sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support DMS setup, configuration, and user access
• Ensure timely upload and reconciliation of sales, stock, and purchase data
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports
• Update routes, beats, and sales staff mapping on DMS/SFA
• Monitor geo-fencing and field staff compliance
• Train sales teams on DMS/SFA usage and reporting
• Work with IT and Sales teams to resolve system issues and recommend improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related fields
• 2–4 years' experience in FMCG sales operations, MIS, or DMS/SFA management
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems is an added advantage
