About the Role
Cola Solar Energy Limited is recruiting a Sales Officer to join our growing team in Ikeja. We're looking for a driven, ambitious professional who is passionate about sales and eager to make a real impact on our business growth.
This is a performance-based role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and wants more than just a fixed salary—someone ready to take on ownership, responsibility, and drive measurable results. As a Sales Officer, you will play a key role in promoting our solar energy products and services, identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new clients for the company
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client follow-ups
- Provide timely feedback and market intelligence to management
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times
Requirements
- BSc, OND, or HND qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations within the Renewable Energy Sector (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain trust with clients
