  • Post and manage product listings on online platforms such as Jumia, Jiji, Facebook Marketplace, etc.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing product information and assistance.
  • Create compelling video and picture content showcasing our fitness products for online marketing purposes.
  • Foster positive customer relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to improve product offerings and online shopping experience.
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Understand the features and benefits of merchandise products, including fitness apparel and accessories.
  • Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized merchandise display, ensuring products are properly stocked and presented attractively.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
  • Upsell and cross-sell merchandise items to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new product releases, and promotions to effectively communicate information to customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • You shall take stock of products accurately.
  • Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies to the store manager.
  • Any other duties as required by Management.
Requirements:
  • HND / BSc in Sales, Marketing or any related courses
  • 1-3years experience in the same field
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship
  • Persuasive selling skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions.
  • Proven experience in direct sales, field sales, or customer-facing roles, with a track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
  • Results-driven attitude, with a sense of urgency, persistence, and determination to achieve sales goals and overcome challenges.
  • Benefit is centered on Sales commission, conveyanceand phone call allowance
