About the Role
This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in a dynamic sales environment. You will be responsible for driving sales revenue, building customer relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies.
Location
Maitama, Abuja, Nigeria
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire sales through various customer engagement methods including door-to-door visits, cold calling, and presentations
- Forecast sales, develop innovative sales strategies and models, and evaluate their effectiveness
- Evaluate customer needs and build productive, long-lasting business relationships
- Meet monthly personal and team sales targets
- Research accounts and generate or follow through on sales leads
- Attend meetings, sales events, and training sessions to stay current with industry developments
- Report to management using financial and statistical data to provide actionable feedback
- Prospect for customers within your assigned location and close deals
- Develop and strategize marketing plans to increase sales and improve customer database management
Requirements
- HND or BSc in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
- Persuasive selling skills with the ability to articulate value propositions
- Proven experience in direct sales, field sales, or customer-facing roles with a track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue
- Results-driven attitude with a sense of urgency, persistence, and determination to overcome challenges and achieve sales goals

Applicants must reside in one of the following areas: Paippe, Wuse, Gishiri, Maitama Village, or Katampe.
