Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Officer is responsible for driving business growth by identifying sales opportunities, acquiring new clients, managing customer relationships, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives. This role requires a result-oriented professional with strong selling, communication, and digital marketing skills to promote company products and services while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and prospecting
- Generate leads, build sales pipelines, and convert prospects into paying customers
- Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and negotiations to close deals
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing clients
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
- Ensure prompt follow-up on leads and timely feedback to management
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Marketing
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand awareness strategies
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Assist with digital marketing efforts including social media campaigns, email marketing, and content promotion
- Participate in trade fairs, product activations, and marketing events
- Support brand communication and product positioning activities
- Provide innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and market penetration strategies

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field
