Sales & Marketing Executive - Lagos

Position Overview

Erisco Foods Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business growth in the Ogudu/Ogba region. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, managing client relationships, executing sales strategies, and contributing to overall brand performance in the territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Ogudu/Ogba markets to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, wholesalers, and distributors to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned sales targets, ensuring consistent product availability and visibility across the territory
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to provide actionable insights that support sales and marketing strategies
• Conduct product presentations, coordinate roadshows, and participate in promotional campaigns to increase product awareness and boost sales
• Provide accurate and timely reports on sales performance, market activities, stock levels, and customer feedback to management
• Liaise with internal departments (logistics, customer service) to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolution of client issues

Required Qualifications

• OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of the Ogba/Ogudu market and its distribution channels
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools
• Must reside in the Ogudu/Ogba Axis
