Position Overview
We are seeking honest, intelligent, and experienced professionals to join our team as Sales/Marketing Executives for Corporate Sales. You will grow with our organization while building and maintaining long-term business relationships with corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and establish new business opportunities with corporate customers while maintaining relationships for long-term growth
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through regular visits, networking, social media, and other business development channels
- Generate inquiries and conduct regular follow-ups with customers through negotiation and deal closure
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Build and nurture strong client relationships
- Collaborate with the sales manager and cross-functional team members to achieve better results
- Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Submit daily reports on sales visits and calls
- Negotiate with clients and persuade stakeholders to drive business outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (equivalent work experience will be considered)
- 5–7 years of successful sales experience in the raw materials industry
- Proven experience in B2B corporate sales
- In-depth understanding of raw materials, their applications, and the industries they serve
- Familiarity with market dynamics, pricing models, and competitor analysis within the industry
