## Title: Sales, Marketing & Customer Service Manager

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. We are currently seeking a proactive and personable Sales, Marketing & Customer Service Manager to join our team and help expand our client base and market presence.

If you have a passion for sales, marketing, and client engagement—with experience in real estate—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a sales and customer service team and provide leadership, training, and coaching
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales and customer service team members, providing feedback, coaching, and support to enhance their sales and customer service skills and productivity
  • Develop a sales and customer service strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
  • Set individual sales targets with sales and customer service team members
  • Work on sales scripts with agents
  • Track, collate, and interpret sales figures and reporting
  • Ensure members of the sales and customer service team have the necessary resources to perform properly
  • Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential clients to drive business growth and increase sales opportunities
  • Plan and direct sales and customer service training with the Human Resources department
  • Assist the Human Resources department during hiring processes
  • Control expenses and monitor budgets in the sales and customer service department
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and competitive advantage
  • Prepare and present sales reports, performance analyses, and forecasts to senior management, offering insights, recommendations, and updates on sales activities and results

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10–15 years of experience post NYSC
  • Vast experience in sales, marketing, and customer service
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
