About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and result-driven Treasury Sales Manager to lead our treasury sales operations in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, drive treasury product sales, and lead a high-performing sales team to deliver on business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Treasury Sales Officers to achieve set sales and revenue targets
• Drive treasury product sales while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Develop and execute strategies for effective liquidity and cash management
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements
• Provide market insights, competitive analysis, and reports to support management decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in treasury sales, banking, investment, or mortgage industry
• In-depth understanding and experience in treasury operations, financial markets, and money market instruments
• Demonstrated leadership, business development, and client relationship management capabilities
• Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
