Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and complete sales targets
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with clients and internal teams
- Develop deep knowledge of Nigeria's building market products and natural stone offerings
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and competitor information
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Negotiate with clients and demonstrate persuasion skills
- Communicate product details effectively to diverse stakeholders
- Plan, report, and coordinate with the sales team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry dealers
- Attend trade shows and visit project sites
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the Tiles industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong persuasive communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive new business by signing up new clients
- Knowledge of Nigeria's building market and industry dealers
