## Title: Sales Manager - Natural Stones

Job Summary

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through effective leadership, strategic planning, and client relationship management. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and complete sales targets
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills with clients and internal teams
  • Develop deep knowledge of Nigeria's building market products and natural stone offerings
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and competitor information
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts
  • Negotiate with clients and demonstrate persuasion skills
  • Communicate product details effectively to diverse stakeholders
  • Plan, report, and coordinate with the sales team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry dealers
  • Attend trade shows and visit project sites

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the Tiles industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong persuasive communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive new business by signing up new clients
  • Knowledge of Nigeria's building market and industry dealers
