About the Role
As a Sales Manager for Enterprise Solutions, you will drive strategic growth across a portfolio of high-value clients. Your mission is to build trusted relationships, understand each client's evolving needs, and deliver measurable business impact. This role is ideal for a customer-centric commercial leader with a passion for complex problem-solving, value-based selling, and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring deep understanding of client business drivers and industry context
- Develop and execute annual account plans aligned with revenue, retention, and expansion goals
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities while reducing churn and ensuring high customer satisfaction and engagement
- Significantly exceed financial and wider business objectives within the Enterprise portfolio
- Partner with internal teams to tailor solutions and ensure seamless service delivery
- Collaborate within the sales team to drive commercial excellence and capture market share
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, revenue forecasting, and activity tracking in CRM systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in sales roles using solutions and consultative selling approaches
- Proven experience working in fast-paced sales environments
