Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager for Corporate and Project Sales to lead the sales team and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion through effective leadership, strategic planning, and strong client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth
- Manage client relationships and negotiate contracts with corporate and project clients
- Conduct sales reporting and forecasting to track team performance
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and stay informed on competitor information
- Communicate product details effectively to clients and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with the sales team on planning, reporting, and execution of sales activities
- Maintain strong relationships with industry dealers and key contacts
- Attend trade shows and visit project sites to identify business opportunities
- Monitor market trends in the Nigerian building and construction industry
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field (Master's Degree is a plus)
- Minimum 5–10 years of sales experience
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the Tiles industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong persuasive communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive new business and acquire new clients
- In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian building market and real estate project companies
Compensation
₦600,000 per month
