## Title: Sales Manager / City Head
Role Overview
The Sales Manager / City Head will oversee distributor sales operations, drive revenue growth, manage strategic partnerships, and align distributor performance with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute distributor-focused sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage distributor relationships, performance reviews, and sales outcomes
- Provide training, tools, and support to distributor sales teams
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze market trends
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to drive brand visibility and market expansion
- Manage key customer relationships and resolve escalated issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
- 3–5 years' sales management experience (beverage/FMCG preferred)
- Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in distributor and key account management
- Three (3) verifiable guarantors
Compensation Package
- Basic Salary: ₦300,000
- Incentives: ₦300,000
- Conveyance: ₦80,000
