## Title: Sales Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ibadan. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of online shipping products including perfume, gadgets, footwear, and clothes, along with proven sales experience and excellent leadership and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets
Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors
Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis

Requirements

Minimum OND/HND/B.Sc in any relevant field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills
Must be based in Ibadan

Compensation Package

Basic Salary: ₦140,000 monthly
Performance Bonus: ₦60,000
Daily Transport Allowance: ₦2,500
Call Card Allowance: ₦500 weekly
