## Title: Sales Manager
Primary Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales goals through strategic sales planning, client relationship management, sourcing new clients, and building productive long-term relationships with existing clients
- Evaluate performance of all team members and provide consistent coaching with emphasis on service and selling excellence; create and modify action plans for continuous staff development
- Stay current with market competition, industry trends, and client shopping behaviors
- Demonstrate strong business acumen; strategically forecast, plan, and budget according to business needs
- Support an environment of teamwork, trust, and collaboration with peers, clients, and supervisors
- Develop product knowledge skills and remain aware of current collections in-boutique and online; cascade and train information to the broader team
- Foster a boutique environment that delivers renowned and authentic service to create a luxury client experience
- Provide performance management of sales executives, offering feedback and development opportunities
- Maintain visual merchandising to company standards
- Reactivate major dormant accounts into active buying customers
- Resuscitate past corporate and government accounts and sign-up new clients
- Sell all product categories of brands carried by the company across entry level, mid-range, and high-end watch segments
- Complete all training requirements from brands through e-learning and other sources
- Ensure all team members adhere to company dress code standards at all times
Key Result Areas
- Develop initiatives to increase boutique sales
- Manage achievement of business objectives by utilizing a top client retention strategy to retain and grow customer base
- Ensure role play, product knowledge sharing sessions, and weekly customer service training
- Reactivate dormant accounts
