## Title: Sales Manager

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to lead their sales operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate sales executives to ensure professional growth
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to stay ahead in the industry

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years' proven experience in sales
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
