## Title: Sales Manager
About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to lead their sales operations and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management
- Train, mentor, and evaluate sales executives to ensure professional growth
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to stay ahead in the industry
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years' proven experience in sales
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
